Dr. Cosgrove  returned to Tennessee in 2020 after spending almost 23 years with the Florida Eye Clinic in Orlando, Florida, where she served as the clinic director of the Windermere location. She has a true love of sports, especially basketball and tennis, but has recently developed a new interest in pickleball. Other interests include Zumba, dancing, traveling, and spending time with her family and friends. Her father, Larry Costello, was a professional basketball player and coach. He was inducted into the NBA Hall of Fame in 2022. Dr. Pamela Cosgrove is married to Dr. Dennis Cosgrove, a longtime Cookeville resident and previous owner and founder of Cookeville Eye Specialists.
